If your kids are like mine, they like to sleep in. Doesn't matter what time they go to bed, they want to sleep. Can't blame them. So mornings can be rough. 

If you need to get a workout in, I've started waking up at 5:30 a.m. to work out and shower before I wake up the kiddos. Some of my favorite easy things to do: 

1. Walk 1 mile in the morning around the block listening to a podcast or audiobook (Remember to use the Libby app and connect with your free local library account). 

2. If you have Amazon Prime, here are a few easy 15-30 minute workouts you can do in your living room. Fitness Maggie HIIT, Yoga - If your kiddo wakes up and wants to join, here is an easy and fun Cosmic Kid's Yoga channel 

3. YouTube has a ton as we all know, so bookmark a few and have them ready to go. 

Extra tip: If you don't have your workout for the next morning set or bookmarked, you will waste time in the morning or make excuses.
