Families across the country often struggle finding the time to put meals together every day. Local mom and business owner Roxanne Foster noticed this trend. What started as a small business has now led to an OKC Easy Freezy brick and mortar location, plus franchises in Tulsa and Denver.
Her concept? Easy meals families can freeze. Each month the customer chooses the menu(regular, keto, plus or vegetarian). After picking up the food, simply add meat, let it marinate, then freeze.
Throughout the month, place meals in a slow cooker or on a stovetop and prepare according to simple directions.

I personally plan on using the services in February as we are expecting our second child anytime in the next 3-4 weeks. The idea that meals will be ready to go is always comforting for families preparing to bring home a new one. I actually really enjoy cooking for our family, so this allows me to still be able to prepare meals, but removes the headache of trying to figure out what to make, where that "pin" is so I can follow the recipe & my favorite part, I am supporting another working mama!
Stay tuned to Instagram for photos & I will be sure to write a post reflecting on the meals when we finish our first round!
